We promote strategical golf courses, which are attractive and challenging for the enjoyment of all standards of players, and which fit into the existing landscape.

How we develop a golf course
After we have been initially approached by the client we:

- Discuss in as much detail as possible: site history, locations of drains, services, problem areas, aerial photographs, budget, etc.
- Supply a detailed list of the above for further investigation
- Make an early site visit
- Finalise the offer of services
- Provide a formal contract/agreement with terms and conditions
- Carry out a thorough investigation of the site*
- Develop several sketches/preliminary routing plans for approval
- Produce final master plan
- Provide detailing of the project**
- Supply construction documents
- Co-ordinate contractor
- Oversee the construction process
- Oversee the growing-in period
- Are on hand to advise right up until course opening
